Hunter Huon Valley

Three architect-designed cabins on 36 acres of bush overlooking the Huon Valley. Maguire + Devine drew them; the interiors are spare, contemporary, with most of the furniture, ceramics and textiles commissioned from Hobart and Huon Valley makers. Each cabin sleeps two, with a deep stone-composite bath, wood fireplace, and a private deck. No TVs, no Wi-Fi. Adults only. Run by Kristy Hunt and partner, who left Melbourne to set the place up.
