Owston Hotel

Eleven rooms above Vin Populi and Common Bakery in the heritage-listed Owston's Buildings, on High Street in Fremantle's West End. The site was home to Roma restaurant for decades, and the new fitout — by Rezen Studio's Zenifa Bowring — is pitched as a nod to the Italian immigrants who shaped the neighbourhood in the 1950s. Owners Adrian Fini and Nic Trimboli (the latter a co-founder of Little Creatures) describe it as a contemporary locanda. Priority pasta bookings downstairs. Opened March 2026.
