A self-contained 1907 cottage on a working twenty-acre vineyard in the Swan Valley — the only on-vineyard accommodation in Western Australia's oldest wine region, owned and run by Laura and Derek Pearse. Two bedrooms, queen beds, log fire, spa bath, deck overlooking the vines. The Upper Reach cellar door and restaurant are a two-minute walk through the vines. Thirty minutes from Perth, fifteen from Guildford. Two-night minimum on weekends.
